When will my pair ship?
The first pre-orders ship on 14 November 2026, in the order they were placed. You get a tracking link the same day.
Can I use them with a cable?
Yes. Over USB-C Norn One plays lossless 24-bit / 96 kHz audio and charges at the same time.
What can I repair myself?
The ear cushions, the headband pad and the battery. Every part is sold separately and comes with a short video.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything works without it. The app is there if you want to fine-tune the sound or update the firmware.
